Newsletter March 2019

Aloha Kaʻōhao Families and Friends,
We are looking forward to seeing you on February 23, at Mid Pacific Country Club to help support a 22nd Century Classroom for our keiki!
Mahalo to the team of dedicated volunteers who take on the responsibility to produce and provide this incredible social occasion. This is the one and only evening event during the school year when Kaʻōhao Staff are afforded no grade books, laptops, whiteboard markers or Mr., Mrs., Ms., before their names and are in attendance to relax with you.  “Vintage”, as the celebration is loving called, is when teachers and talk story with you off the clock, without your student/s in tow.  If you have never attended Vintage, now is the time to purchase tickets, you will not be disappointed. Please take this opportunity to celebrate your school, staff, children and wonderful community we call Kaʻōhao. You will enjoy this fun evening with your friends, families, and staff of Kaʻōhao School at the beautiful Mic Pacific Country Club.
Visit www.kaohaoschool.org/vintage/  to buy your tickets or donate to support your child/s school and education.
Open the PDF below and find out what is up for grabs at Vintage Lanikai Auction 2019, to benefit Kaʻōhao School.
Ask your child/ren which Teacher Experiences they would like to have for their special day. Teachers are donating their valuable time, outside of the classroom to hang out with your child/ren.
ALL students want to be the Director for A Day, and ALL Tutus and parents would appreciate FOUR  VIP seats at the much anticipated May Day 2019. Do you know where you have to be on Saturday, February 23rd to score those awesome deals?
Kaʻōhao School ʻOhana wants your opinions to be heard, do join the fabulous and fantastic females of KSO on March 6. Let your voices and choices be heard. Child care and light refreshments will be provided at the meeting, and they won’t stop you from taking seconds.
Go, support and gather on March 6!
Thank you to Ms. Sheila and Ms. Ruth for joining our crew at Kaʻōhao School front office. We appreciate you!
Have a safe, (fingers crossed) and sunny weekend.
PS- I am looking for 4-6 gently used fabric kitchen aprons for our Zero Heroes, please send them my way if you are ready to release them from your home. Mahalo.
With Aloha,
Espie Chapman
